MR Paving & Excavating is looking for an Asphalt Plant Maintenance person. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of the asphalt plant. This person needs to have knowledge of conveyors, gearbox & motors, belts, electric controls and able to weld. They must be able to work with a team, communicate effectively and able to lift up to 80 pounds. A typical work week is Monday through Friday, plus some Saturdays as needed. Our employees are home each night, with no overnight travel.
